Make sure to keep your Faja in the best possible condition. When washing it, always use cold water and a non-irritant soap. Ideal conditions call for hand washing the garment, as this is the most gentle way of handling it. But, if this is unattainable you can always use an electric washer in its slowest setting.
When drying your Faja, the same rules apply. Abstaining from heat as much as possible is priority number one. Hanging out the compression bodysuit to dry provides the best results. This way there are no intervening temperatures or movements in the process. And if you are in need of using a drying machine, make sure to always use the coldest and most gentle settings.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We have a 30-day return policy. Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at our email address support@snatched-body.com. If your return is accepted, you need to send us the items. Items sent back to us first without requesting a return will not be accepted.
