Washing Instructions

Keep your Faja intact and keep your results intact. Because of this, you must always carefully clean your Faja. Doing it with cold water and by hand is the best way to keep the integrity of the compression garment. But if you are using a washing machine, make sure that the spinning cycle is set for delicate clothing as well.

Drying Your Garment

"Stay away from heat!" is our number 1 tip for the cleaning process. So make sure that when you are drying a Faja, it is air drying. Keeping it at a slow spin cycle with cold air is also needed if you're using a washing machine. And for those of you who have a steamer, it's time to take it out.

Shipment Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@snatched-body.com. If your return is accepted, you need to send us the items. Items sent back to us first without requesting a return will not be accepted.
