    Alleviates Pain & Inflammation/Swelling

    Arnica Montana has natural anti inflammatory properties which can help relieve pain while helping to minimize swelling. Applying Arnica Tea topically to any aching joints or muscle soreness will provide immediate pain relief and significantly reduce inflammation.

    There are antibacterial and antiviral compounds found in arnica tea that aid in boosting the immune system. The flower helps in regulating the immune response to infections and tissue damage.

Let it steep and cool a bit, then place a towel or washcloth and let it soak in the tea mixture. Let the towel or cloth cool and dry a bit so it’s not completely soaked and apply it to any bruises or aches.

    Undiluted Arnica tea is extremely dangerous and fatal even if consumed orally. However, arnica tea is safe to consume in a diluted form so if you’re purchasing a package of tea bag arnica tea make sure to read the product label to ensure that it is safe to consume. You would make arnica tea the same way you would make black tea, ginger tea, or any other type of tea.

    How to Make Arnica Tea

    What you’ll need: 1 tbsp dried arnica flower powder (or arnica tea tea bags), 8 oz of water, 1 tsp of honey (optional).

    Start off by boiling water, either in a saucepan or in a teapot. Place one tablespoon of arnica flower powder, or add one tea bag per cup.

    Once the water is boiling, pour the water into the cup over the powder or tea bag and let the mixture brew for 3 minutes to 7 minutes.

    Feel free to add your sweetener of choice such as honey, or drink with sugar.
