Other fajas have uncomfortable shoulder straps that make wearing your faja unbearable. That's why we added cushiony foam to our straps for ultimate comfort. So comfortable, you'll forget you're wearing a faja!
It's critical to use the proper garment and post-surgery accessories to maintain our results. But taking it all off to use the bathroom can be frustrating. That's why we added a bathroom zipper for easy restroom access. Don't struggle to use the bathroom anymore with our Waist Shaper fajas!
Hand washing has and will continue to be one of the most effective ways to clean fine fabrics. The complexity of the threads within a Snatched Body Faja should be taken care of properly. This is why we suggest you clean them with cold water and gentle soap. If not by hand, make sure that you choose gentle settings in a washing machine.
In order to maintain its original shape, Fajas should always dry carefully. Air drying and steaming are the top 2 ways to achieve this. But we know that not everyone has outdoor access. So if you need to use a drying machine, make sure the air is cold and the spinning cycle is slow.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We have a 30-day return policy. Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@snatched-body.com. If your return is accepted, you need to send us the items. Items sent back to us first without requesting a return will not be accepted.
