Hand washing your girdle will help prevent micro-tears and excessive stretching that could occur if the garment is washed in a high-power washing machine. You can hand wash the garment using skin-sensitive soap and water. You can also wash your girdle in a washing machine but using a gentle setting. Use cool water temperature when washing and rinsing.
For drying your garment, you have a few options. You can use a dryer in the lowest or coolest setting, or you can use a steamer to gently dry your garment. The threads and elasticity are very sensitive to high heat and may lose their quality when dried in high temperatures. You can also leave them to air dry by hanging them with a hanger.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We have a 30-day return policy. Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us first without requesting a return will not be accepted.
