Snatched Body Return, Exchange,
Store Credit & Warranty Policy

General Overview

  • Our return policy applies to all purchases, whether or not you opt for Checkout Plus (Free Return).
  • All returns must begin with a return request submitted through our Returns Center.
  • Once submitted, your return must be explicitly authorized by our Customer Support Team before shipping the item.
  • You must use the return address provided by the Snatched Body Support Team. Returns sent to the wrong address will not be processed, and Snatched Body is not responsible for lost packages.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless:
    • The return is due to a confirmed Snatched Body error, or
    • You opted for Checkout Plus and use our prepaid return label.
  • Always provide the tracking number once the return is shipped.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be processed or accepted.

Return Requests and Deadlines (Calendar Days)

  • Exchanges, Store Credit, and Refunds: Must be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery, with clear photos.
  • Warranty Claims (Manufacturing Defects Only): Must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Once approved, returns must be shipped within 14 calendar days of authorization. Returns not shipped within this period will be considered void and rejected.

Product Eligibility for Return

To qualify for an exchange, store credit, or refund, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Be free of stains, odors, deodorant, or perfume
  • Have been tried on over underwear only

Important:

  • Any modification, alteration, damage, or missing parts automatically voids return eligibility.
  • If your return is voided, the item will be returned to you. You must provide a prepaid shipping label to retrieve it.

Checkout Plus Return Program (Free Return)

  • If you opted for Checkout Plus (Free Return Protection), you must use the prepaid return label provided by Snatched Body.
  • If you choose a different shipping method, Snatched Body is not liable for lost packages or additional shipping charges.
  • The Checkout Plus charge is non-refundable, even if the return label is not used.
  • Unused prepaid labels will be voided after 15 calendar days and are also non-refundable.
  • Checkout Plus is valid only for returns inside the (US) territory. Returns from international addresses, are not eligible and must be processed under the standard return policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (Shipping/Order Mistakes)

  • Submit a return request through our Returns Center specifying the issue and including clear photos.
  • Upon review, our team will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on availability and customer preference.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Store credit is issued for the full value of the returned item and never expires.

Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Sale items, promotional items, and final sale products are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the product is inspected and approved.
  • Refund processing time: 7–14 business days after approval.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Bundle Return Policy

  • If you purchased a bundle, all items in the bundle must be returned together to receive a refund.
  • Partial returns from a bundle are only eligible for store credit.

Unauthorized Returns

  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be processed.
  • The customer must provide a prepaid label to retrieve any unauthorized items.

Final Sale – Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Panties
  • Certain shapewear/fajas (as noted on product pages)
  • Items marked as Sale or Promotional
  • Gift items or promotional giveaways

Lipo & BBL Recovery Kit – Special Return & Exchange Policy

The Lipo & BBL Recovery Kit follows a special policy due to the nature of the items included.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not offered for the Recovery Kit or any items inside the kit.

Faja Inside the Kit

Only the faja included in the Recovery Kit is eligible for:

  • Exchange, or
  • Store credit

Requests must follow the same timelines already listed in the main Snatched Body policy:

  • 30 days for exchanges/store credit
  • 7 days for damaged or incorrect items
  • 14 days to ship after authorization

To qualify, the faja must meet all standard Snatched Body return requirements:

  • Unworn, unused, original condition
  • Tags and packaging intact
  • No stains, odors, deodorant, or perfume
  • Tried on over underwear only
  • Clear photos may be required for review

Items that fail inspection will be denied.
Denied items can be returned to the customer only if a prepaid return label is provided.

Other Items in the Kit

  • All other Recovery Kit items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
  • Only manufacturing defects may qualify for warranty review under Snatched Body’s standard warranty guidelines.

 

Warranty Coverage (Defects vs. Damage)

Covered: Manufacturing Defects (30 calendar days)

  • Issues with fabric, seams, stitching, or construction
  • Must be reported to support@snatched-body.com within 30 calendar days of delivery
  • Requires clear photos for evaluation

If approved, you may receive:

  • A replacement
  • A store credit
  • Or a refund, at our discretion

Not Covered:

  • Damage from normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect use, laundering errors, stretching, or alterations
  • Sizing issues caused by incorrect self-measurements

Additional Return Policy for Klarna Purchases (Only applicable to orders paid with Klarna)

The following return conditions apply exclusively to purchases made using Klarna as the payment method. These terms do not replace or modify our standard return policy for other payment methods.

Right to Return – 14 Days

Customers who paid using Klarna are entitled to a full refund when returning their order within 14 days of delivery.

Condition of Items

To qualify for a refund under Klarna’s return guidelines, items must meet the following conditions:
• Must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging for sanitary reasons.
• Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not qualify under the Klarna return policy.

Free Return Shipping

For Klarna purchases, free postage is provided for eligible returns.
A prepaid return label will be supplied upon request.

All Klarna returns must be sent to the following address:

No Restocking Fees / No Store Credit
• Restocking fees do NOT apply to Klarna returns.
• Klarna purchases cannot be refunded as store credit or processed as exchanges.
• Refunds must be processed as a full monetary refund back to the original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds for Klarna purchases are issued within 14 business days in accordance with Klarna’s Merchant Protection Program.
