Upon receiving your item, you have a 30-day return window to request through our return center an exchange, store credit, or refund, and to return the product(s) to us.

In order to qualify for an exchange, store credit, or refund, your item must meet certain criteria: it should be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds to the original payment method for sale items.

Please note that it is solely your responsibility to ensure that the product is sent to the return address provided by the Snatched Body Support Team and the cost that this may cause. If the product is sent to a different address than the one provided by us, the company will not be held responsible for any charges associated with correcting the mistake, nor will we provide a refund or exchange for any products that we have yet to receive.

To help us process your return quickly and efficiently, we kindly ask that you provide us with the tracking number once you have shipped the product back to us, please be advised that you will have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and send us the items. This will help us ensure that the product gets delivered to the correct address and that we will receive it in a timely manner.

Please be aware that failure to provide us with the tracking number once the product has been sent back to us may result in the Snatched Body Warehouse Team not being able to process your refund or exchange, as we can not confirm we have received the item.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, you will just need to share with us a couple of pictures showing the issue, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
