If you wear shapewear, you must know that keeping the integrity of a Faja is of utmost importance. So, proper cleaning also affects your results. A tight and comfortable Faja is kept with the use of cold water and sensitive-skin detergent. This is why hand-washing is the best solution as opposed to an automatic washer. If you must use one though, make sure to use cold water and delicate settings for best practice.
A simple hanger can be all you need to dry a Snatched Body Faja. Air drying is the best way to keep your Faja in A+ conditions. You can also use a steamer if you don't want it hanging around. However, we do know that this can't always be the case. If you must use a drying machine for time-related purposes, always use cold air and a slow spin cycle.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We have a 30-day return policy. Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@snatched-body.com. If your return is accepted, you need to send us the items. Items sent back to us first without requesting a return will not be accepted.
