Prevent damage to your Faja by hand washing it and using sensitive soaps. Different issues can occur when putting a Faja in a normal washing machine cycle. But, if this is not something you can do, make sure to wash your garment with cold water in the "delicates" setting.
To maintain the high-quality of our Snatched Body Fajas it is best to abstain from a dryer. High temperatures and constant tumbling can damage the elasticity of our materials. So it is always best to air dry or steam your compression garment. If these are not possible circumstances for you, please set your dryer in a slow and cold setting.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We have a 30-day return policy. Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@snatched-body.com. If your return is accepted, you need to send us the items. Items sent back to us first without requesting a return will not be accepted.
