Compression garments are to be washed cold and gently. Because of this we recommend hand-washing with gentle skin-friendly soap. Doing so will help keep the integrity of our Fajas, and your healing process as well. If hand-washing is not an option (when placed in the washing machine) make sure that the water is cold and the cycle is for delicate clothing.
Always make sure that heat stays away from your Faja. It can damage the efficiency of its quality material. In order to maintain a top-notch compression garment you need a cold, delicate drying cycle. Air drying is also a very effective solution. Keeping these practices in mind will elongate the life of your Faja. Saving you money in the end!
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We have a 30-day return policy. Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@snatched-body.com. If your return is accepted, you need to send us the items. Items sent back to us first without requesting a return will not be accepted.
