Why This Has Happened
For years, return and redistribution processes within large marketplace systems have been managed through third-party logistics operating at an industrial scale.
These systems are designed for efficiency, volume, and speed. But they are not designed to ensure the level of inspection and care we hold ourselves accountable to.
That is where the gap occurs.
What We Have Changed
We made a decision: to take full control of this process.
Since 2025, every returned unit of Snatched Body shapewear — from our post-surgical fajas to our daily compression garments — is inspected directly by our team before it is restocked or resold.
This requires more time, more people, and higher operational investment.
But it ensures something far more important: that every garment reflects the quality Snatched Body is known for.
Current Status
The process is fully under control.
Every returned unit is now reviewed internally before reaching a new customer. There is no reliance on external logistics systems for this stage of quality validation.
